Sugar Minded

After eating a piece of chocolate cake layered with a sugary drinks, some of you are immediately felt guilty. Unconsciously, serving food or sugary drinks can increase every day and make you addicted. The more sugar is consumed, the more insulin is released the body to convert sugar into energy. Insulin is a hormone that controls blood sugar levels. According to nutrition experts, if there is imbalance in the hormone insulin, then someone will start an addiction, to consume sugar.

After eating sugary foods you will get an energy boost, but then blood sugar levels will drop, so would increasingly addicted to sugar. This happens because the body has been accustomed to having blood sugar levels high. Too much sugar will weaken your immune system and makes the body feel tired easily.

Want to be free from sugar addiction? Here are some tips that can be done:

1. Consuming sugar solely for the purpose of hormone balance. This means that diet should consist of protein, carbohydrate, and fat balance.

2. Choose foods high fiber content. Because the higher the fiber content, the slower the sugar into the bloodstream.

3. Choose a natural sweetener, which is the choice of sugar from the refinery. Natural sweeteners are not released into the bloodstream as fast as the distillation of sugar.

4. Many drinking water, as it will resist the urge to eat sweet snacks.
