Beauty of Hangzhou

City of Hangzhou is also renowned as a food paradise. You need to taste the West Lake Carp in Sweet and Sour Sauce (sweet and sour carp sprinkled with chopped garlic or fried), shelled Shrimps with Dragon Well Green Tea (peeled shrimp plus soup cooked like green tea), and fried duck tongues. In closing, please taste the sweet egg pie and tasty. Certainly, delicious and very fresh.

For business purchases, you can start from the Yan'an Road hunting; here there are a number of large department stores. For a typical Chinese dress or Cheongsam, you can find at Wulin Road.
